The enormous boulder rolled toward a pavilion and struck it with tremendous force, destroying the structure as clouds of dust rose into the air. Tourists nearby quickly moved away from the danger and fortunately managed to avoid being struck by the falling rock. A witness said the boulder was approximately two to three meters in diameter. Local authorities later said they had intervened to deal with the incident. Access to the affected area of the scenic site was also prohibited while the situation was being handled. The video ended with thick dust surrounding the damaged pavilion after the massive boulder had crashed through the structure, while the tourists had safely escaped from the immediate danger.
