Title:VV5184 Humanoid robot charges forward on running track
Date:24th August 2026
Summary:On August 19, 2026, in Chaoyang District, Beijing, the video showed the robot taking part in testing for the 2nd World Humanoid Robot Games at the National Speed Skating Oval, also known as the Ice Ribbon. As the robot raced along the track, it kept its head lowered while appearing to cover its face with an arm. Despite the unusual posture, it continued charging forward at speed, creating the comical impression that it was deliberately refusing to look ahead. Its unusual running style made the machine appear almost human, as though it were sprinting away while saying, "I am not listening". The video ended with the humanoid robot continuing its head down dash along the track during the testing session.
