Summary:Occurred 24th February 2019, Crystal Beach, Ontario / Fort Erie, Ontario. ''With a developing winter storm and being free for the afternoon, my girlfriend Victoria and I set out to try and capture some wild weather. After enduring 100 km/h winds at Crystal Beach, Ontario we headed South to Fort Erie, Ontario just in time to capture the Ice Shove. With temperatures well above freezing, melting ice and wind formed a storm surge that pushed ice chunks on land like an icy tsunami. In some places, the ice rose to a height of 40 feet. I have never seen anything quite like it.
