Summary:Footage has emerged from Russia of a truck losing control and crashing into an apartment building. This video was captured by a dashcam in the city of Saratov. The cargo is subsequently ejected out onto the street, blanketing a man in its path. The driver received bruises and got a fractured hand. No one else was hurt.
