Summary:A video has emerged from Russia of a man hanging on an air conditioner while repairing it on the seventh floor of a nine-story apartment building. The footage, filmed by an eyewitness [a neighbor of this man] from the balcony of a neighboring apartment in Engels, shows the man leaning out of his apartment window to repair his broken air conditioner. The air conditioner owner leaned out of the apartment window so he could repair what was broken. For this, he literally climbed on his broken air conditioner and held on it until the time when he repaired it. According to the neighbor of this man, not for the first time, he resorts to this method whenever his air conditioner breaks down.
