In the video, captured by a police dashboard camera in the city of Saratov, a man can be seen trying to swallow the paper money inside a police car. The traffic police stopped a driver who violated the traffic rules. The driver offered a bribe to a police officer for avoiding responsibility. But he received categorical refusal. Suddenly, the man greedily started eating the bribe. He even bit policeman's finger when the two officers wanted to prevent him from doing that. "Stop it," a policeman tried to persuade the driver. Thus, the driver tried to get rid of the evidence quickly. But he was caught red-handed. The driver was arrested for offering a bribe to policeman
